III · 04 Record — Achievements
Delivered, planned, open
A record is more than a list of successes. This page sorts the evidence into four categories, so that a passed law is not confused with an announcement and an announcement is not confused with a result.

How we decide what counts
An item is listed as a documented achievement only if a decision has formally been taken, such as a law passed, a budget adopted or an election won, and can be checked in an official record. It does not mean the decision is good. That judgement belongs to readers, and the arguments are on the criticism page.
Policy goals are aims the government has stated. Ongoing reforms have begun but are not complete. Under debate collects questions where evidence and political judgement still diverge.
This page reflects the record as of October 2026.
